The 16th edition of Montreal Independent Film Festival (MIFF) brings together indie film projects from international and Canadian artists to compete and be recognized in the various sections of the IMDb qualifying seasonal event. The festival is a creative hybrid event with mostly online screening and promotion options for filmmakers, actors, writers and all artists working in media to be recognized for their talents and their unique independent arthouse projects. The winners of each seasonal festival go through another round of programming and the 20 finalists of the year compete further in the annual festival. MIFF is a film institution which was founded with the spirit of indie filmmaking and the intention to provide the right tools for indie artists to promote and screen projects throughout the year in MIFF Channel and through MIFF magazine in association with Cinema du Parc of Montreal. It is our pleasure to announce the latest winners of the 2022, Spring edition of MIFF.
