"Deer Girl" delves deep into the intricate web of emotions that bind Rachele to her past, portraying a poignant tale of a young woman yearning for love in a world tainted by toxicity. The film artfully captures the complexities of Rachele's inner struggles as she grapples with the legacy of her parents' turbulent relationship. Through her interactions with the stranger online, we witness the layers of vulnerability and resilience that define her quest for a love that transcends the shadows of her past.
