"ROCANCOURT, The Film" is a psychological documentary inspired by the life of Christophe Rocancourt, a man who maneuvered through the turbulent world of international fraud, challenging authorities and societal norms. Through compelling storytelling and innovative artistic direction, David Serero has crafted a cinematic documentary that delves into themes of identity, childhood, manipulation, and redemption about a man who was known as the "Catch me if you can" of France during the 1990s. Despite being among the FBI's top 10 most wanted fugitives, Rocancourt captivated America with his counterfeit Rockefeller persona, as extensively covered in reports by Vanity Fair, NBC, and others. The feature documentary project was selected as a nominee of the competition of Montreal Independent Film Festival.
